VALUES We keep our promises. We stand by the promises we make to our clients and associates. We meet deadlines, deliver high-quality services, and keep sensitive data strictly confidential. We tell the truth. We report research data objectively and don’t misrepresent research findings to serve any individuals’ agenda or soften a difficult message to our client. We believe both positive and negative findings are informative and present opportunities for learning. We’re curious. We value continuous learning and are open to new ideas. We strive to stay abreast of the latest developments in research methods, management theory, and organization development. We believe by nurturing a curious mind grounded in solid research, we can deliver high-quality and insightful work to our clients. We have fun at work. We want our clients and associates to enjoy the process as we discover what matters most to employees, design services and processes to create a better experience for employees, and take steps to build a better workplace that’s healthy and rife with opportunities.
